Close Grip was built to bring structure and clarity into how people train.

Many fitness spaces today are designed to serve large volumes of members, where individuals often follow generic routines without much guidance. While this works for some, it can be overwhelming for beginners and limiting for those seeking long-term progress.

At Close Grip, we take a different approach.

How it started

Close Grip began with a simple realization: fitness should not feel confusing or directionless.

Coming from corporate environments, we experienced firsthand what it meant to sit for long hours, follow routines without movement, and gradually lose touch with physical well-being.

At the same time, we were inspired by a different example: someone who remained active, capable, and independent well into later years. It made us rethink what fitness should actually prepare us for.

Not just aesthetics. Not short-term results. But long-term capability.

That is where the idea of Close Grip took shape: a space focused on structured training, functional strength, and sustainable progress.
